Look at that form!

I found these pictures on my phone (although they are blurry) I just had to post.

This picture is especially designed for Uncle Rick and Grandpa Maughan. Easton has been obsessed with golf lately. He has a natural swing and just may be the next Tiger Woods. His favorite is his mommy's nine iron and he can't swing unless he's got his glove on.

Pony rides....I make that plural because Easton would start whining when he had to get off so Scott kept paying for him to ride it again and again and again and again. Also notice his new cowboy boots he won't take off and has to wear EVERYWHERE!

He hugged the sheep he loved them so much.

This summer at Walmart I turned around and Easton was on a bike and had put a helmet on. He is such a safety kid. He has been doing so well going potty and poopy in the toilet he earned his very own helmet. He likes to wear it while Scott pulls him around the house on a towel.

We went to Lagoon last month and Easton fell in love with Puff the rollercoaster. Once again Scott let him go on it again and again and again and again. He had so much fun and I didn't think I could see a bigger grin than when the rollercoaster took off, but when we let him go run through the fountains at the end he was in pure heaven. He was squealing and screaming in delight!

Here is some video of it. It's not the best because once again I forgot our camera and had to use our phones to record....enjoy!

Family Pictures

I was so excited to get my cd from our family photo shoot back from our very talented photographer Chanteoun. (She does an amazing job check out her blog at http://www.visualblissphoto.blogspot.com/). Easton is napping so I have time to post a few.

Oh Dear

Easton's favorite song in the world is "Oh Dear" sung by Matt Costa. He loves loves loves this song! Everytime we get in the car he shouts "Dear" so then I play it and he sings along to it. He has been doing this since about June and so the song is getting a little old but I can't get sick of hearing my sonny boy sing it. It's one of those things that makes your heart melt as a mom.

Here is a little sample (and of course he didn't sing as well when he saw me recording him, I guess he's a little camera shy.) Note: it's a little dark, but you will get the point when you hear him sing.

I'm o"fish"ially two!

The birthday boyThis birthday party was so much fun! We were so happy to have family over to celebrate Easton! I can't believe he's only been in my life for 2 years. He makes me so happy and I love him more than I ever imagined I could ever love.
His birthday was full of orange and fish! And he even got a real fish as you may notice above the fireplace.

Easton had so much fun with everyone and I wish I would've got him screaming on tape when he opened his airplane and his book from Uncle Rick. He loves his buzz lightyear and can't stop saying "to infinity and beyond" (in toddler language of course). And he loves to "shoot" baskets in his basketball hoop. Easton says "tank ew" for everything!

Cheezin it in mommy's closet before the USU game against the U! Ah we lost, but Easton loved watching every minute of it. I was so surprised he wanted to just sit there and watch it (and play with gramps and grams). His favorite part is when he sees Big Blue!
Here is Easton just being cute!
Easton wrapped up in his towel! Scott gives him his baths/showers. When he's done he wraps him up like a "burrito" and then Easton loves to drop the towel and come running naked into the room that I'm in and he falls on the floor laughing because of my horrified look and surprisedscream! He is so funny!

This is Easton trying to shoot the "panes" (airplanes) with the water.
Easton loves finger painting with color dyed pudding. He loves eating it mostly until......
...he figures out he's a mess and wants to wash it off. Then.......he laughs at himself in the mirror because he looks so silly in his dads old white church shirt and laughs at the pudding all over his face.
Jumping on the cushions with daddy (please disregard the mismatched pajamas)I never thought I'd let my kid ride on the carni rides, but I broke down when I saw how much he loved the carousel at disneyland. So I let him ride on all the kiddie rides at the fair and I went to the lengths of letting him ride all of those rides AGAIN at Peach Days this weekend.

Also I must mention how much he loved the peach days parade. He quickly discovered the bigger kids beside him were getting more candy than him so he took off and tackled a piece of candy in the road. Scott had to go pick him up off his stomach he had a hold of the road and candy so tight. And did I mention he ate almost all of the candy he got?!

We are excited for this fall and the fun things we have planned. Especially (for Scott), the USU football games! Go Aggies!

Disneyworld

Easton was so excited about being at Disneyworld he wouldn't look at the camera. He just kept pointing at everything and saying "wuh dat" (what's that?)

We just got back from a much needed vacation to Orlando where we spent five days. We had loads of fun and Easton was so cute and loved it all. His favorite place was Magic Kingdom where he especially loved riding It's A Small World and Dumbo, but his favorite ride was the good old carousel (he cried when he had to get off so they let him stay on...dreams really do come true at Disneyworld). He got to go to Animal Kingdom and see all the animals and he got to end the vacation at Epcot and Downtown Disney. He was the best little guy on the airplane and was so excited to see the "panes" (airplanes). He is the best kid ever. We love him so much!

My favorite part of the vacation was at the end of the night being in our hotel relaxing and having Easton running around jumping on the beds and playing hide and seek and going crazy eating candy and snacks and then all of us falling asleep. I'm so lucky to have Scott and Easton.

Temples

I feel blessed to live by so many beautiful temples. We took the opportunity to go to the Oquirrh Mountain temple open house, and went with our friends Neelay and Linda. Easton adores them, and I look up to them a lot!
This temple was very beautiful inside. I'm glad I was able to go and share something amazing and meaningful to me.
A List of Easton's recent happenings

Easton got his very first haircut...and cried the whole time the girl cut his hair (and I almost cried for him).

We went to the dino park and he was scared out of his wits of the dinos at first but caught on and loved them by the end but still would not touch them.

He loves to drive on his Grandpa's tractor with him and "drive" the car.

And the list goes on, but I can't forget how much he loves to sing and imitate (or mock) me.
